Hi! This has to be one of the most comfortable outfits I’ve ever worn. I love muscle tee so much, they are literally my favorites and pair them with leggings and they are just so comfortable. This is a typical outfit I wear to college when it’s cold but not that cold.

Hola. Este tiene que ser uno de los outfit más cómodos que he usado. Amo tan las musculosas, son literalmente mis favoritas y con un par de calzas, son lo más cómodo que hay. Esto es un típico outfit que usaría para la universidad cuando hace frio pero tampoco tan fresco.

Hello! I quiet enjoy this outfit maybe because I love this skirt so much. But also I think the shirt is so adorable, when I saw it I knew I needed to get it. Anyways, I wore this to a play and dinner I went with my friends, to look not too formal but more dressy and casual. The shirt and the kimono kind of give the outfit this kind of look.

¡Hola! Me gustó mucho usar este outfit, porque amo esta pollera. Pero también porque la remera es súper encantadora. Use esto para una obra de teatro y cena con mis amigos, para no estar tan formal pero más casual y elegante. Esta remera y kimono hace el outfit así.

Hello! Sorry for the lack of posting uni has been quick my butt but I’m not willing to let that stop me. So this is another outfit for autumn weather. I think the shirt is a real fun one and Breaking Bad is one of my favorites. Also, I know this is weird for me to add some print especial animal print but I really loved this scarf.

¡Hola! Perdón por la falta de post, la Universidad me está matando pero no estoy dispuesta de dejar que eso me pare. Este es otro outfit para este clima otoñal. Creo que la remera es súper divertida y Breaking Bad es una de mis programas favoritos. También, es raro que yo use estampados en especial de animal print, pero me gusta mucho este pañuelo.

I put this outfit together after looking at a lot of pictures from Coachella. I thought it look pretty good to go to any music festival, even though I’ve never been to one haha. I do hope to get to go Coachella sometime in the future and to Lollapalooza next year (maybe, hopefully). Anyways, I think the short and tank tops are great for the high temperatures and the kimono to cover up a little bit in case you feel a little bit too much. I think converse would have been better though, but since I don’t own any converse right now I put out some Keds. Hope you enjoy it.

Elegí este outfit después de ver varias fotos de Coachella. Creo que es bastante bueno para un festival de música aunque nunca haya ido a uno jaja. Espero ir a Coachella en algún momento y al Lollapalooza el año que viene (quizás, espero). Igualmente, Creo que los shorts y musculosa son perfectos para las temperaturas altas y el kimono para taparse cuando te sentís que es mucho. Zapatillas converse quizás sean mejor pero como no tenía puse unas Keds. Espero que les guste.

This is a casual outfit I will wear to university. I really like to be comfortable when going to college but also like to add a little bit of something, so I added the kimono. I wore this last Friday when the temperature was pretty high, so keep it cool and casual I wore the tank top and the kimono. Hope you enjoy!

New Era

This has been a decision that took me about a week to think about. I slept on it, went outside and just think about this. The decision I had made is to make this blog, “Records of my Trouble” into a something new. A fashion blog. Something that has always scared me and still does. I’ve notice that my post about outfit get the most attention, which means they are what people like. I never thought it will go in this direction but maybe it is time for a change. I like changes.

But, when I first started this blog it was about expressing myself, to talk about who I was and what I thought. I wanted a place to tell my story, so when I’m 80 years old and people tell me, Pili what was your life like? I will give them this blog. So it broke my heart to just use this blog for fashion, when I had so much to share, so many stories, and experiences. I thought “well I can always just write in my journal” (which I still do). But it was not what I wanted. I wanted more and here is a little story. My younger self always said “I want to be a psychologist to help people.” My older self is saying “I want to write to guide people.” So now what do I do? Blogspot is an amazing place for fashion and beauty. However I feel like WordPress is a place for writers who have stories. And that is where I’m heading. I’m starting a blog at WordPress to write about my life. It might sound like “Why would we want to read about you?” and to that I say: go to my new blog and you shall see.

There is a little switch to the new blog. I wanted to write in my native language. I want to write in Spanish. Because, yes Kafka and Borges got away with writing in a different language but Pili won’t. I’ve found a new beauty in the Spanish language, the complexity and I want to explore that. I want to explore wiring through new eyes and give it a try.

Hello! Another outfit post. This is my go to outfit whenever I’m cold and just want to be comfortable. Leggings have been my best friends this past years, they are so comfortable and warm I love them. The sweater is also extremely cozy perfect for a cold winter day when you are not in the mood to dress up and want to stay warm. I added the necklace last minute to make the outfit a little bit more formal, I also though a scarf would look great too. Hope you like it.

¡Hola! Otro outfit post. Este es el outfit que me gusta usar cuando tengo frio y quiero estar cómoda. La calzas son mis mejores a migas en los últimos año, son súper cómodas y calentitas, las amo. El buzo también es súper acogedor, perfecto para los días fríos de invierno cuando no estas con ganas de vestirte bien y quieres estar calentita. Agregue el collar a último momento para hacer el outfit mas formal, también pensé que con una bufanda quedaría muy bien. Espero que les guste

10 Things that Made me Happy this Week!

Hello! Happy Easter to those who celebrate and happy Sunday those who don’t! I hope you had a lovely week! Here is a roundup of mines.

¡Hola! Felices Pascuas a aquellos que celebren y feliz domingo a aquellos que no. Espero que hayan tenido una buena semana acá hay un resumen de la mía.

1.       Getting my first tattoo. Yep, I did. I finally got my first tattoo. More on this in the following week.

1.  Hacerme mi primer tatuaje. Sip, lo hice. Por fin me hice mi primer tatuaje. Más de esto la semana que viene.

2.       Cancelled class on Tuesday. It was so nice to have a random holiday in the middle of the week. A nice little breath.

2. Cancelen las clases el martes. Fue tan lindo tener un feriado de la nada en el medio de la semana. Una linda respirada del chaos.

3.       Mom dropping me off and picking me up from University. It was weird but it was really nice to have my mom around to do this.

3.  Mama dejándome y buscándome de la universidad. Fue extraño pero me gusto que mi mama este para hacer estas cosas.

4.       Baking White Chocolate brownies. I forgot to take a pictures but they were amazing. Here is a link to the recipe. Try them! They are great!

4. Cocinar Brownies de chocolate blanco. Me olvide de sacar una foto pero estaba increíbles. Acá hay un link dela receta.  ¡Prueben! Son geniales.

5.       No classes on Thursday and Friday. More holiday’s I loved this days off to spend with my family.

5. Feriado de jueves y viernes. Más feriados. Me encantaron estos días libres para pasar con mi familia y relajarse un poco.

6.       Having my family over. A few family members came over on Friday to visit. It was really nice to have them and to see my baby cousin again.

6. Reunión familiar. Miss familiares vinieron el Viernes a visitar. Me gustó mucho que vengan y ver a mi nueva prima bebe.

7.       New boots. How cute are those new boots? I feel in love the moment I saw them and been wearing them all weekend.

7.  Botas nuevas. ¿Qué tan lindos son estas botas? Me enamore de ellas el momento que las vi y las estuve usando todo el fin de semana.

8.       Dinner with my family on Saturday. We went out for dinner yesterday and it was to a place I’ve never been. It was a really delicious and nice place.

8.  Cena con mi familia el sábado. Ayer fuimos a cenar con mi familia y fue un lugar que nunca había ido. Fue un lugar muy lindo y riquísimo.

9.        Mulan movie. This news broke out this week and I was so excited about this! I love this movie and I can’t believe they are making a real life movie! So amazing.

9.  Película de Mulan. Las noticias salieron esta semana y yo estoy tan emocionada por esto. Me encanta la película y no puedo esperar a que la hagan en vida real. Increíble.

10.   BeaMiller Stage it. I loved her performance in Stage it earlier this week. She is so amazing and listening this while I was writing was really relaxing.

10.  Bea Miller Stage it. Me encanto como canto en Stage It al comienzo de la semana. Bea es increíble y escucharla mientras escribía fue muy relajante.
